PROJECT MANAGER
Mike Paulsen is a highly skilled project manager with contractor licenses in Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa, and Kansas. With extensive experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural electrical projects, Mike has successfully managed everything from small residential installations to large-scale commercial and industrial ventures. Bringing over 25 years of field and management experience, Mike excels in all aspects of electrical contracting, including estimation and project design. He is proficient in accurately assessing project needs and delivering well-structured designs that ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. His expertise in electrical inspecting, allows him to oversee each project with an added layer of precision and regulatory knowledge. Known for his commitment to quality and client satisfaction, Mike ensures every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Whether designing intricate electrical systems, providing detailed estimates, or managing complex installations, Mike’s diverse skill set makes him a trusted leader in the field.​​

Brian Pugh is a seasoned Project Manager and Journeyman Electrician with over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry. Brian’s expertise spans a wide range of electrical work, including residential new builds, remodels, service work, and industrial and agricultural projects. Growing up in a small town, Brian learned the value of hard work, integrity, and community early on, which continues to guide his approach to every project. His commitment to excellence is evident in every job he undertakes, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Whether working on a new home, a commercial remodel, or an agricultural electrical system, Brian’s focus on delivering top-notch service and building lasting relationships has earned him the trust of his clients and colleagues alike. AUBREY PAULSEN
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Aubrey Paulsen brings over 25 years of comprehensive business experience in business management, sales and marketing and human resources. In this role Aubrey oversees the administrative operations with primary focus on human resource initiatives and collaborating with other leaders to shape and execute strategic direction. Aubrey leads marketing efforts to promote company brand and vision ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering growth.
PAT O'BRIEN
OPERATIONS MANAGER
With over 15 years of project management experience in construction, low voltage, and communications, Pat has built a career on delivering projects efficiently and effectively. As a former small business owner, he specialized in installing and maintaining point-of-sale equipment for fueling stations, gaining firsthand expertise in business operations, customer service, and technical solutions. Additionally, he possesses 10 years of production supervision and management experience in a large-scale composites manufacturing environment, where he honed his skills in process optimization, team leadership, and operational efficiency. His diverse background has provided him with a strong foundation in problem-solving, strategic planning, and driving continuous improvement in fast-paced industries.
